The following information on Numa Montz was supplyed by Bonnie Sutton.

Attached are scans of some documents relating to the Civil War service of Numa
Montz.  As I recall, I obtained these from the Louisiana State Archives
several years ago. There is a discrepancy in the pension application where
Numa's birth date differs slightly with what I obtained from his baptism
record (29 Jan 1846).
